You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order IF:
- the problem is due to shipping damage, please refer here for instructions.
- the problem is due to our error or manufacturing defect, we will correct the problem at no additional cost to you.
- for any other reason other than damage during shipping, our error or manufacturing defect, we will accept returns with these conditions:
- You must pay for return shipping and handling.
- We will not reimburse you for return shipping and handling.
- We will not reimburse you for the cost of the original shipping and handling charged on your order.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to any order returned for reasons other than damage during shipping, our error or manufacturing defect.
- If returned merchandise is not received in resalable condition, an additional charge may apply.
- All credits on returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card or through PayPay to the originating payment method.
- Merchandise returned for reasons other than damage during shipping, our error or manufacturing defect and were originally paid by check will be refunded by corporate check once the returned merchandise has been received by HeadboardCraft™ in our facilities and inspected by management. Restocking fees may apply.
